Damp-proof measures for screws

Iron screws are easy to rust in wet environment. In order to prevent the screws from rusting, the screws need to be moisture-proof and moisture-proof.
The damp-proof and moisture-proof methods of screws are as follows: (1) Use solvent-free paint as far as possible for vibrating machinery. (2) . It is better to use impregnating paint without oxidation components, such as epoxy-urethane base or unmodified epoxy - base impregnating paint. (3) When using melamine acid impregnating paint, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature should be slightly higher than 130 ℃ (such as 135 ℃) and the curing time should be more than 180 min, and the process must be strictly implemented. Especially in the high temperature and wet season, the rotary vibration screen because from the perspective of rust prevention, the paint drying (curing) time specified in the sample of the paint factory is not necessarily sufficient, and the motor has a specific internal shape. (4) . Paint without volatile acid shall be used. (5) Select paint with good hydrolysis resistance.
